We are pleased to announce out host for TEDxWestshoreLIVE on September 25th - meet Kristin Votta!

Kristin Votta is founder and executive coach of The Votta Group, a management consulting and leadership development firm headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with an international reach. The Votta Group combines unique skills and experiences to deliver personal and professional value to individuals and complex business organizations that want value-driven results.

Kristin has been coaching leadership programs and facilitating seminars for over fifteen years. Kristin’s training, experience, and sense of humor translate to a powerful experience, helping companies and leaders reach their goals quickly and effectively.

When you meet her, you’ll quickly learn she is the first to laugh at her own jokes and share vulnerable stories with the hope of making even strangers feel comfortable around her.

Active in her community, Kristin is thankful to serve on non-profit boards and fundraise for various local charities. She is happily married with two young children, two cats, and a rescued English Pointer who is scared of the cats.
